Parenting

Parenting is probably the most challenging job we do in our lives, a job for which there is no training other than our apprenticeship in our family of origin. Many parents experience the everyday demands of raising children as isolating and exhausting and they struggle to believe that they are doing a good enough job.

How therapy can help with parenting

Working with an experienced therapist or coach or joining a parenting group can empower you to be the parent that you want to be by providing a supportive and confidential space to talk about all the things you find challenging about being a parent and to bring your questions, worries, frustrations without fear of being judged or criticised.

Our skilled therapists and coaches can provide you the support and tools you need to raise confident, self-motivated and cooperative children and to be a confident and loving parent.
