How I Work
When life feels challenging or overwhelming, it can be hard to figure things out alone. Especially when old ways of coping stop working. My approach centres on listening with deep empathy, building a collaborative, trusting relationship where meaningful change can happen. Respecting your unique experience and pace, providing a space to be truly heard and understood. Where nothing you bring is too big or too small. Central to my practice is the belief that you carry the internal resources needed for lasting and meaningful change.
Alongside my client work, I attend regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development as part of ethical practice. I follow the Code of Ethics and Professional Practice as a registered clinical member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
I have worked with community counselling services across London, with particular experience working with LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse clients.
My qualifications are:
MSc and a Clinical Diploma in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute.
BSc in Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University.
Fees:
£80 (50 minute session)
I have availability for reduced-fee sessions for people with lower income, please email me if you are interested or have any questions.
If you are interested please email or message me, and we can do a free 20-minute initial zoom meeting. This is for you to see if we could be a good fit.
