Sometimes life feels overwhelming. You might be feeling anxious, low, unsure of what’s really going on, or only that something doesn’t quite feel right. It’s not always easy to make sense of it, and putting it into words can be hard. Reaching out for help feels like a big step, and it’s also a way to begin feeling more grounded, understood, and supported.

My role is simply to be alongside you, to listen, to support, and to hold a space where you can be yourself without pressure or expectation. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you and gently work toward feeling more steady, and more connected.

Psychotherapy with Boris

I work in a person-centred way, which basically means it’s not about being judged, being given advice, or being told how you should feel or behave. It’s about having a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, explore your emotions, and begin to reconnect with your own sense of strength and understanding. I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can explore whatever’s going on for you, whether that’s anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, or a general sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

My approach is grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your experiences and find more clarity, resilience, and self-acceptance.

Sessions are collaborative, tailored to your needs, and paced in a way that feels right for you. Whether you prefer the ease of online sessions or the connection of meeting face to face, I’m here to offer a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported toward meaningful change.

My Training and Professional Experience

My path to becoming a therapist hasn’t been straightforward. Over the years, I’ve worked as a Private Secretary, a legal adviser in immigration and asylum, and in hospitality, helping shape everything from high-end hotels to private members’ clubs. Each role taught me something valuable about people and the importance of connection.

In my thirties, I went through a challenging time that left me feeling lost and disconnected. When therapy was offered to me, I resisted for over a year, believing that reaching out for help meant I was weak or a failure. Eventually, I took the step to try therapy, and it was a turning point. What I experienced was the profound value of simply being listened to and understood, helping me gain clarity and a deeper understanding of myself. That experience had a lasting impact on me and ultimately led me to pursue training as a psychotherapist at Metanoia Institute in London. I am currently working towards my Postgraduate Clinical Diploma and MSc in Person-Centred Psychotherapy.

As a trainee member of the UKCP, I follow the ethical and professional guidelines set by my training and the organisation. I am committed to continuous professional development and engage in regular supervision to ensure I maintain the highest standards of practice and support for my clients.

I work with individuals (18+) facing a range of challenges, including depression, neurodiversity, sexuality and identity crises, addiction, discrimination, and complex trauma.

Making Contact

When you get in touch, I will arrange an initial complimentary online session, typically lasting around 30 minutes. This gives us the chance to discuss your needs, explore how therapy could benefit you, and determine if we are a right fit for each other. There is no obligation; it’s simply a safe space to ask any questions and decide how and if you’d like to move forward.

50-minute therapy sessions are available online for £50.00 and in-person for £65.00
