I am a CBT Therapist specialising in REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy), Music Therapy and Yoga Therapy with 10 years of international experience. I offer therapies for people who seek professional support to discuss issues that they are disturbed about and that negatively impact their
mental and physical well-being.
I have developed a particular interest in stress management, low self-esteem, burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, and anger issues. I also offer individual or small group sessions for people with concentration issues, hyperactivity, ADHD and learning disabilities.

Sometimes You Need Someone Else to Look After Yourself
Whether it’s work, family or your own well-being, there are always challenges. With a clear head, uninhibited by insecurity, fears or anxiety, most of us can cope – but not all of us, all of the time. For some these issues can lead to severe stress, which can be overwhelming. If you find yourself in this position, you need someone who’s been there themselves because only they can relate to the intensity of your burden.
Together we can work on overcoming your fears, to help you face the truths holding you back, preventing you from dealing with difficult situations and heading towards a happier life. To achieve this, you need a harmony of your body, mind and emotions. Once this synergy is in place, you will be more equipped to deal with anything life throws at you.
Three Ways to Meet
Our personal meetings always take place in a safe environment. Therapy takes place through interviews which may be accompanied by other techniques such as breathing, meditation, music therapy, etc. It always depends on your individual needs and wishes. Online therapy allows you to connect from anywhere and anytime. All you need is a computer, a good internet connection and the Zoom platform, which is very easy to download and user-friendly. Or, you can choose intensive 90 minutes meetings in groups. They allow you to try different techniques with others to help you learn to cope better with: stress, unexpected life situations, emotions and your behaviour, which can all help you develop resilience.
My journey as a therapist started when I was dealing with my own issues. I wasn’t content in my job, and when a difficult family situation came along, it left me burned out. I told myself, “Enough”. I began studying a lot. And after earning several diplomas, I finally got the job I was meant for. Body, emotions and mind are interconnected, and yoga philosophy has embodied this for thousands of years. It also becomes apparent that many physical problems are caused by mental blocks, which have been carried along throughout our lives. The therapy doesn’t just cover the consequences of your difficulties, i.e., the actual disease, stress or mental problems, but also their causes. I use the following techniques to guide my clients towards their goals. Rational Emotional Behavioural Therapy (REBT) A therapeutic approach based on the idea that each human being has different assumptions about the world and themselves. These assumptions play a role in the way that person acts and reacts. REBT works with negative, i.e., irrational assumptions, and teaches how to overcome and understand them.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CTB)
An intensive therapy, it is currently the most commonly used psychotherapy. CBT concentrates on an individual’s current experiences and behaviour. It may help achieve significant changes in the way we think, behave and perceive our own
feelings.
Music Therapy Music is one of the oldest remedies in the world. Combined with rhythm and motion, it is a natural tool to harmonize our body and mind. Sounds and vibrations can help capture and express emotions, calm the mind, eliminate physical and mental blocks, and transform patterns of behaviour. As Plato had said, “Music and rhythm find the way to the most hidden places of our soul.”
Yoga and Meditation The connection of body, mind and spirit is the basis of yoga philosophy. Harmonization of movement with breathing while performing the exercises calms and eliminates the negative impacts of stress. It allows for a wider view of oneself. Relaxation techniques usually work with: breathing, calming and relaxation of tense muscles. Thanks to relaxation we can observe and affect processes in our body and mind.
